Allie + Ian | An Intimate Ceremony in Prince Edward County

Allie & Ian got married at Allie’s parents farm overlooking the prettiest meadows and fields in Prince Edward County. If I had to ‘Cole’s‘ note version their big day. In my 4 years of having the honour of documenting the most incredible stories; this one sure gave me all the butterflies, goosebumps, and chills. Allie & Ian have such a pure love for each other and for God. They are also one of the sweetest couples on the planet! There was so many incredible and emotional moments from the beginning of the day to end; I was for sure holding back the tears!!!!
Allie & Ian’s wedding day was one of the most magical weddings I had the blessing of capturing. From being surrounded by the sweetest families and couples, over looking breathtaking views, and being kissed by such heavenly light. Their wedding timeline was so unique. It was my first time ever capturing an extended ceremony – and oh my goodness I want to document more! I never seen such an emotional wedding that had their guests belly laughing in laughter, and bawling in tears all at once!!
The day of Allie and Ian’s wedding, Premier Doug Ford announced that outdoor gatherings had to be limited capacity from 100 people to 25 people. However, that sure as heck didn’t stop Allie and Ian’s family and friends from witnessing these two incredible souls tying the knot – they pulled up at the farm, made signs, and park there trucks via drive thru style. The energy, the excitement, the love – felt like I was shooting a football game at the Super Bowl! It was by far the most heartwarming moments I have ever captured! And was one of the coolest and neatest things I have ever witness!!!
Allie & Ian, thank you for letting Hanna and I be apart of your special day! Thank you for showing me that love truly does conquer all. That even though sometimes life can throw us a curve ball here and there – as long as you have your heart filled with love and light is all that matters! I can’t wait to capture more amazing moments of your lovely family!
